Add correct standard pronunciation of the word Ubuntu to the iso

Registered by Joe Liau

There is inconsistency in the pronunciation of "Ubuntu". We need to implement the correct pronunciation, and standardize it across the project and the brand.

This should be included in the ISO for the purpose of:
1) Consistent marketing and evangelism
2) Voice-recognition software
3) Unifying the project and its community
4) Respecting origins of the word

This can be included as an audio and visual demo of the pronunciation.

Whiteboard

An app for Ubuntu Phone perhaps? Have a stored version that people can mimic. The microphone record and the app will compare the pronunciation and grant an accuracy score. No one except Desmond Tutu should get 100? ;)
