Ubuntu menu

A new menu for Ubuntu to substitute the three menu gnome menu.
The gnome menu is not as easy and clear as it seems. Average people try all three menus to find something. In some cases is not very clear where can be placed some option. It's better to do a fusion between three menus to show all options in one menu. It avoids the necesity to place a help launcher and a power off launcher in top panel.
Also we need to place a filter and a "recent applications" category.
We can apply the same as I introduced in "applicationmenu" blueprint.
