Ubuntu Login: Lost Device Message

On the ubuntu login screen show a lost device message - such as "If found please call 555-5555." This message will be optional and user configured. This message would be particularly useful when using full disk encryption, to instruct a user to return the device.
Note: Message could be hidden unless a user enters the password wrong.
