Easy way to incall LAMP Server with GUI

In the interests of making LAMP boxes easier to set up, would it be possible for someone to create a live CD of ubuntu which lets you configure an ubuntu LAMP box as part of the intall in the same way as you do a desktop install of ubuntu.

I’d also like to see a sensible set of defaults for LAMP boxes so that users don't have to manually edit files using gedit just to set up a testing server.

Finally I'd like to see a DNS server which is effectively configured to work with the LAMP components out of the box allowing LAN users to access a freshly installed ubuntu LAMP box by hostname without having to do much (if anything) in the way of manual configuration.
