Extra user configuration in Ubiquity

Ubiquity should be able to ask for initial user configuration for some basic Internet services: e-mail sending and receiving details, SIP phone details, blog details, etc. After the initial copy and install is complete, the user's configuration will be set up so that, upon first login, everything Just Works.
