Ability to select a wireless access point with only two clicks

The user should be able to select a wireless acess point by clicking on the signal strength icon and then choosing an access point from the drop down list. If sudo needs a password, the system will ask for it. It should be possible to add this to a list of commands that sudo does not require a password for.
