Add the Transmission BitTorrent GTK Client to the Ubuntu Repos

Transmission is definitely THE Bittorrent Client. Not only is it Open Source, but it's also very easy on the resources and dependencies. That's why I believe Transmission should be added to the Ubuntu official repos. A lot of Ubuntu users have been making packages and throwing them on the forums, which tells us that there's a lot of people waiting for this to happen.
Hopefully someday Transmission will be the _default_ BitTorrent client in Ubuntu. The official one is still closed source, and very heavy on dependencies (think about Xubuntu users, for instance).
