Add transaction reports to apt-get

Registered by Nicholas Omann

Currently when installing with apt-get a user gets a list of applications clumped together in a unformatted group and no real information about the packages being installed yet the user is prompted to confirm. I believe that this is one of the reasons new users panic at the command line do to the lack of actual information that is being given at times. Fedora has a system where it prints out a nicely formated table which displays a lot of useful information about the packages that are bing installed. This would help those who are new be able to understand what they are installing better (making the Y/n actually useful) and also the user would not be confronted with a mere list of package names with no more real information like they currently are.
