Project Training Wheels

I plan on making a menu that would sit next to "System", and in this menu I would basically provide launchers that would just do certain commands depending on what the user wanted to do. I will cover PPAs with an explanation of what they are, installers for certain favorable well known programs, and system applications that would normally be ran by entering commands in the terminal. I also want to have a section of the menu for doing troubleshooting that's normally done through the CLI. The aim of this project is help beginners transition to linux more easily who fear using a terminal. It's to bring a new entry for User friendliness.
