install image should include toram option

It would be super handy for the ubuntu install image to include a toram option. This would mean, for example, you could write the image to a usb stick, boot the usb stick to ram, and then install from ram onto that same stick.
This would eliminate the need for a second device (CD/DVD or second USB) to do an install. This is especially handy for modern laptops (and possibly tablets) - many of which no longer ship with a CD/DVD drive.
