Easyily configure printer sharing via samba

There is no easy way to share a printer with windows machines. I couldn't create a working configuration even though I have lot of experience. Think how a new user feels. system-config-printer does not handle that, as a matter of fact there are options about sharing, but only about cups sharing without it being mentioned, so it is even more confusing.
