Synaptic: packages homepage link opening in browser

Registered by Henrique Maia

Some packages in synaptic have their homepage on its description.

Example from Anagramarama package:

"fast paced anagram puzzle game using SDL

    Like anagrams? You'll love Anagramarama!
The aim is to find as many words as possible in the time
available. Get the longest word and you'll advance to the
    next level.

    Homepage: http://www.coralquest.com/anagramarama/"

It would be very nice (as well as practical) if synaptic interpreted the link to the package homepage as an actual link and, upon pressing it, opened it on the default browser.

Also, on implementation of this feature, Ubuntu could request the packager to to always (whenever possible) submit the proper/valid package homepage.
