Support for future Intel mobile/desktop platforms

Kernel update mechanism that synchronizes the support in Ubuntu with release of forthcoming Intel client platforms: ICH8, ICH8xx, ICH9, new power states, wimax, new integrated functionality for audio and video,"viiv"-like media support. Those kernel updates have to include other necessary package updates requirements (X.org, ALSA, tools&libs(gcc, glibc, etc).
