On hardy a support is provided via libgl1-mesa-dri-psb, psb-video, xorg-modules-xpsb and xserver-xorg-video-psb from "http://netbook-remix.archive.canonical.com hardy-dell-mini-proposed/main Packages" for the Intel Corporation System Controller Hub (SCH Poulsbo) Graphics Controller
On jaunty that support could not be found : jaunty is unusable with for example the Dell Mini 12.
Ubuntu should provide a support for that chipset both for jaunty desktop and UNR.
