Only support ext3 filesystem

Currently, there's a lot of strange bug reports with XFS and ReiserFS filesystems, ranging from "it ate my data", to "it breaks suspend".

We don't have reports like this for ext3, and it's simply because it's stable, and reliable. Proposal is to basically remove support for anything other than ext3 on desktop installs, and only allow xfs/reiserfs on alternate/server installs, and only after giving the user a big warning that we wont support bug reports related to those filesystems.
