Very easy system for the non geek to give feedback and feature suggestions

Registered by Chris Ford

As good as launchpad is the non geek will probably not seek it out, register their email and make their suggestion. The same is true of the ubuntu forums.

What I suggest to combat this and get data from really world users is a built in reporting form in ubuntu.

This would be only be triggered if the computer has internet access and after the user account is more than 3 months old.

How it would work.
This notification would appear a few minutes after log in saying something like.

"You have been using Ubuntu for over 3 months now.
We would like to know what you think about it.
Click here if you would like to help improve ubuntu."

If the user wants to help, a form appears that feedback and suggestions can be entered into. This feedback could then be sent to developers, a website or cleverly formatted and posted to lauchpad. Where this information goes I haven't thought through fully. However, this information would be very important as it should show what the less geeky ubuntu users thought about the OS after a few months of usage.

What do people think about this?
