Optional SSH Server on LiveCD

Add a new option to the LiveCD boot menu to start an SSH server. This would greatly increase the utility of the Ubuntu LiveCD for non-install purposes, facilitate remote installs, as well aid in debugging issues such as: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/238025. After enabling the SSH server the user would need to input a username and password for security.
