Make it easy feature

You guys could make Ubuntu usable by people like me if you would just simplify some things. For example, I bought a Dell XPS-410 with Ubuntu installed, but it is of no real value to me because I cannot fix a problem it had when I received it a few weeks ago. I may be able to fix it myself if you would just give me a "simple" way to over-write my operating with a clean new copy. Don't try to send me through all these do this, then do this, and then do this. -- Just say click here.

I am a Professional Engineer, but not a programmer. I know these instructions you give sound simple to you, and you are probably saying "How can that idiot not understand a few simple installation instructions?" but we (the general public) are really that stupid.

Just say "click here" to do "so and so" and tens of millions will come to Ubuntu. And they will not be buying a computer with Ubuntu, but never being able to use it, (or to use it without a certain problem that continues to pop up) like my problem.
