Show hard disk device name and serial during ubuntu install

It would be nice to show full model name and serial number for hard disk device during ubuntu install.
(eg.Maxtor 6V300F0-VxxxXXxx) and not block device name like /dev/sdx.
This hint could be useful to newbies to prevent writing issue on wrong hard disk and for system with two identical hard drive model and different serial number.
This details info could be "storage.model" and "storage.serial".
