Setup console under usplash

When starting the graphical display manager, we have to tell usplash to exit and reset the console to text mode so we can set up things such as the font and keymap.
This should not be necessary, the setupcon call in the main boot sequence should just work, even if usplash is running.
Then usplash can be terminated automatically when X flips the VT.
