User stories:

Joe manages several libvirt nodes from a central management node. He
wishes for scripts on the management node to use libvirt to query and
change network layout on the remote libvirt nodes. He can use netcf
to do so.

Assumptions:

None

Release Notes:

libvirt in ubuntu now supports remote host network management through
netcf bindings.
