Include Virtualisation management stack tools from the oVirt Project

The oVirt project kicks off Nov 2011 and will Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisation tools as a base for a new set of KVM management tools. It is possible that the first draft of these tools will be available in time to include as a technology preview in 12.04 and as such we can look at packaging them.
Note we will not know until Nov 3rd the timeframe for oVirt availability
