Centralized Server Management

Registered by Bubbels

For Ubuntu (LAMP) Server:
The ability to configure part of the server system through a centralized (web-based) management system is preferrable. The Concept of SME Server is quite nice. It hasn´t have to be that simplistic, but a simplified system for daily administration is very welcome in my opinion.
If correctly implemented, you could delegate tasks like backup maintenance, user/mail server/sql server administration to al less experienced user, that can do the daily jobs, while the system engineer has his/her hands free for other things. Think about webmin/usermin integration.
