CIM/WBEM: Strategy for CIM Providers

A basic CIM/WBEM stack was shipped in Ubuntu Intrepid. Providers are the "modules" that interface with the real system to provide the functionality in the CIM schema. A single provider was shipped in this proof of concept. What strategy do we want to follow next ? Several options should be considered, in particular the OpenDRIM project.
