Builds are automated, and published at http://uec-images.ubuntu.com/ .

Publishing of daily builds to ec2 is now fully automated. Builds and kernels are published to 'testing' directory as described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UEC/Images/NamingConvention , and testing builds are removed on a rolling basis, where builds are first made private before being removed.

Publishing build output to an official release or milestone is also trivial, and documented at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UEC/Images/Publishing . All relevant code is version controlled.
