2nd kernel

I wondering if is possible an implementation of a second kernel designed for the windows application is possible ... for making connection between the Linux kernel and windows kernel ... or at the start of the Linux installation to be implemented a something to build a second kernel for the corresponding windows installed on the machine ... my point is : the emulators are eating a lot of resources and i think is better to build it in Linux kernels and some packages to run individual when a windows application is opened ... just wondering :) thx
