Samba OpenLDAP Setup Running AD like behavior

Running Samba with OpenLDAP in a way that it run and has a similarity with Microsoft AD.
It should be able to interact with MS for some or most element in the LDAP.
The primer target should be the Ubuntu-Server with similarity to the LAMP setup.
It should include a WEB based GUI where you could add or remove user and other elements of the openldap.
