extend rightclick functionality in menubar

it would be nice if you could manage the menu via rightclicking on items
e.g. via rightclick you could hide an item/sub menu or add to startup (and remove again)

this is much simpler than having to use edit menu just to remove an item and sessions to add stuff to startup (most new users are unable to do this)
