Restore the Shutdown Button

For some reason Ubuntu did away with the shutdown button. It's no longer under "quit". Now if one logs-out then you can hit it but...why should someone wait all that time just to shut down? I say "let's put it back officially": computers, after all, should be shut down...save power, wallets, environments (and the health of those in them) by reducing power consumption. : )
