Create a Rep-Repository for GUI enabling/disabling

We should created a rep-GUI so users can enable/disable sources manually, build a list for it, make sure each entry has a description of what it provides, and then voila. For example, someone who wants to grarb the MintMenu from LinuxMInt but doesn't want the whole distro should be able to easily grab it; also I would recommend that the duplicate entries for packages in other repos (that are already enabled) be excluded from view in the package managers.
