Develop a little applet that allow user to use remote (start/stop/configure this use)

Summary : Currently, you need (with Lirc) some shell scripting or Session Configuration to be able to use your remote (launch daemon). That could be avoided by proposing an IR Launcher applet. This last would simply launch the right tool (lircd or irexec) and add a systray icon for showing IR activity. With this, you can easily stop or start (and configure) the use of the remote. This applet should support every environments (Gnome, KDE, Xfce, ...).
