Re-format USB jump drive and copy files to it

USB jump drives are now routinely used to back-up and transport data files. However, how to delete data and/or reformat the drive is not as obvious in Ubuntu as it is in the dominant operating system.
Here is an easy way. Install these two programs: GNOME Partition Edititor, and GNOME Commander. .........
