Ralink provides a opensource (GPL2) Wlan-driver(Modul) for its rt2860 cards, these cards are built in many Notebooks/Netbooks such as Akoya mini e2120 and new Asus eeePC's such as 900/ 901.. sofar users have to compile these drivers in order to use them, wich can be very difficult..
It would be nice to support these devices in the upcomming Intrepid release..
I already uploaded a patched source and bug report here on launchpad..
