Test Automation of Ubiquity test cases

The main objective of this blueprint is to start the automation of the test cases defined in the specification.

The tasks to be fulfilled are:
1. Agree on a test management system that will allow us to efficiently manage test cases and test sets
   i. Add the test cases to the new system and find a way to give the community access to it
2. Design the test cases implementation
   i. Determine which test framework to use
   ii. Determine how to fully automate all the different configurations that are required for these test cases to be run
    iii. Agree on the granularity and output format
3. Create a golden example that can be used by contributors to continue the work
4. Package all the test cases in small pieces that can be worked on independently and submitted once finished
5. Find solid support for the implementation

This session isn't being autoscheduled for UDS currently, as the name doesn't start with a track
name.

Making it something like desktop-qa-test-automation-ubiquity would make it be autoscheduled.
