Improve/devise testing methods for servers

Registered by Jeff Lane 

Discussion to get focus and direction for enhancing the current certification testing process. This can include what we should be testing, ideas for testing, whether we are performing functional or performance testing, etc.

The reason behind this is that server testing is different from laptop/desktop testing and perhaps we should, in server testing focus less on user experience and more on hardware capability and compatibility.

NOTE: This is probably not going to be terribly interesting for anyone outside of canonical and it's pretty specific in focus...

Gobby doc: qa-maverick-hwcert-improve-server-testing

Gobby was clobbered at UDS... so... to the best of my recollection:

A: Review RHEL suite to see where we are and where we need to be
B: Krafty to help with this
C: Ping kernel team to see what they have in place for stress/load testing
