Ubuntu and Linux world lacks a good usable ide yet.
We have Eclipse, netbeans, idea, but none of them are easily usable... Eclipse is huge, very complex...
I think a simple, usable ide hires linux development very much.
Much like delphi, as it was used largely on windows development once...
