Tool to manage Windows and Linux

Many People need to install both Ubuntu and WindowsXP. What about a tool, which enables Windows to have the same profiles with their same data (Desktop, Recycle bin, Wallpaper, etc.) as on the Ubuntu Desktop.
In example, I have 3 users working on my Ubuntu Desktop. And I have the same 3 users on WinXP. It would be nice, Windows saved his private Data not into the folder "Documents and Preferences\admin" but on the "/home/admin" directory.
