pppoeconfig GTK front-end

pppoeconfig is not user-friendly.
I think that would be a good idea to create a GTK front-end for pppoeconfig or to integrate this function in feisty network-mangaer.

It would help also having a gnome-panel button for using pppon and ponoff functions
