Network transparency patch

Smartcard software in Ubuntu is not exactly network transparent. I added a patch which removes need for mmapped file so all traffic goes throu a UNIX socket. In this case it's possible to redirect this socket and it's possible to use smartcards under Linux in a terminal-server solution which has been impossible so far.
