Educate users that sudo does not echo the password for security reasons

Users are used to see stars or bullets when entering their passwords. sudo however disables echoing of passwords. We should educate users about that, since this problem pops up quite often.

bv 2007-06-04 - YES! I've had more than one friend/family member be confusled by this, or call me up telling me that the password thing in the terminal isn't working. Changing the sudo message is one way this could be done. ..echoing *'s is another way. :-)
whs 2008-05-18 - A newbie asked this question in my loco team's forum and I think the sudo_root introduction message should note this and also the /etc/issue file.(because the login program also does not echo passwords to)
