Ubuntu One integration with Zeitgeist

Ubuntu One events should be captured in Zeitgeist in order to show an event log. Events that should be logged include but are not limited to:
   * File sync (mkdir, upload, download, share ops, publish ops - including mimetype of the file and such to perform rich queries
     as per D28)
   * Quota notifications from the server
   * Couchdb replication per db
   * Tomboy replication per note
   * Music store transactions (sync to client)
   * Account status (oops, you forgot to pay; etc)
