Ensure profiling tools are properly maintained for Linaro 11.05

The oprofile, ltrace, strace, and systemtap packages are currently available for armel in Ubuntu and in generally good condition. We should ensure this remains the case for Linaro 11.05 by periodically testing these tools and fixing bugs that come up.
