Defining Gestures in Ubuntu via Configuration

Currently, the gestures supported in Ubuntu's uTouch stack are hard-coded in utouch-grail. There are segments of the community that would like to be able to configure supported gestures based on unique and individual requirements for both personal and professional reasons. We should explore ways in which this might be possible for motivated community members to add support for this to utouch-grail.

Whiteboard
For direct physical gestures, user configuration seems unnecessary.
Application requested parameters (e.g. snap angles) are potentially more interesting, but the work is easily enough performed in client space.
Other forms of gestures are beyond the current scope of the utouch project.
