This idea of preloading frequently used files after loading the operating system (while waiting for a password, or after the automatic login). Preloading should occur during system idle (no input-output, no keyboard and mouse activity), and interrupted by the appearance of any such activity. This should make the launch frequently used applications faster and more comfortable.
