making automaticly 2 partition at installing OS(1st for OS, 2nd for data)

I think that many people don't know how to do 2 partitions and don't separate data from OS. Then maybe 1st partition fall down and they loose date. So i propose that when you run install and you are choosing where to install OS you have option where it make from your disc 2 partitions(60% for OS and 40% of disc space for data) so if OS falls down you just reinstall OS on first partition and you kept data.
