Activate the numlock on non laptop computers.

Not having the numlock activated is very annoying when we have one. Perhaps it would be possible to detect if the computer is not a laptop and activate it, or simply ask the question to the user during the installation. I think it is an important point because a lot of people use to use the keypad, even new users on ubuntu who doesn't want to read a doc to have the keypad working.
