GUI TOOL FOR NTPD

I'd like to see a GUI tool which simplifies the config of NTPD so that someone can get an ubuntu box (server or desktop) set up as a time server for their corporate network with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

Given that ubuntu systems sync themselves to time servers anyway I'd like to see them being configed as low-budget time servers. Perhaps the additional features could be added to the same screen that you use to set up the time and date anyway.
