i would like to update every ubuntu trough any computer by firefox

it would be a big thing if i could
1. take some inspection file of my not-in-network, weak pc.
this file could be made by apt or synaptic.
2. i go to my friend to his "any os computer" with hi speed internet
open firefox start and the compare process between my inspection
file and possible updates.
3. after i made a download, i run back to my machine and update it :)
is this possible?
