Adding new PCI IDs without requiring a kernel update

Currently, we must update the entire kernel in order to add a new PCI ID to a driver. Instead, we should provide a simple facility which takes advantage of the capabilities of the PCI subsystem to register new IDs without changing the kernel module.

- enhance depmod to pick up these new PCI IDs and include them in modules.pcimap
