New Map Structure

My idea for the Ubuntu q-series is that the structure of maps get changed. Now we have like 15 maps where files of a program can be stored (/usr/share/, /usr/bin/, /etc/ etc.) Its in hundreds of pieces! Windows/Mac has only 1 or 2. The same applies for system files, Ubuntu has 10+ maps, win/mac only 2. Maybe we have to start making this easier. Like 1 system map(which contains bin, boot dev, lib, etc) 1 Apps map(all app files) And 1 user map. This will make things easier for everyone.
but we also have to make sure (almost) every app made for the old system will still work on this system.
